The decision to repair or replace products under warranty lies solely with CCP. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear including coating deterioration due to abrasion, foam breakdown, punctures, UV damage, any use for which the product was not designed, improper care, lack of maintenance or modification by user, or improper washing and drying. Please read care instructions supplied with each product. If care and maintenance are not practiced, this warranty is VOID. Should crazy Creek determine a product is covered under this warranty, they will repair it or replace it at their option. Return shipping charges to the consumer for repaired or replaced products are covered. They will notify you of estimated cost of repairs not covered under warranty.
